My path has been anything but linear, and that’s what makes it special.
My story begins in the vibrant halls of academia, where as a lecturer, I discovered my innate ability to inspire and empower. This spark ignited a journey that has taken me from leading a college educational department to the forefront of business strategy, and finally, to the heart of entrepreneurship and coaching.
As a successful entrepreneur, I founded and led my own IT services and consulting company, growing it to a team of over 25 members. This hands-on experience in building and managing a thriving business has given me invaluable insights into the challenges and triumphs of leadership, strategy, and personal growth in the professional world.
With a Master’s in Computer Application and a Harvard Business School specialization in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship, I’ve always believed in the power of education. But it’s the lessons learned beyond the classroom that truly define my approach as a coach. I honed my skills in leading digital transformation initiatives and providing strategic consulting to startups and established enterprises alike.
Through these journeys, I realised that success is not just about what we achieve but how we grow as individuals and professionals. This epiphany led me to become an ICF-certified coach, driven by the desire to empower others to navigate life’s complexities with resilience and clarity.
My diverse career experiences significantly enhanced my understanding and effectiveness as a Success Coach, allowing me to relate directly to the hurdles and aspirations of both individuals and organisations. However, the personal life challenges of being the sole caregiver of ageing parents, going through the ups and downs of relationships, and moving to a new country—all these personal trials became the cornerstone of my coaching philosophy.
I have discovered that helping others find their path and reach their goals has always brought me immense joy and satisfaction. This realisation solidified my decision to become a Success Coach—it wasn't just a career choice but a vocation that aligns perfectly with my values and brings out the best in me while allowing me to bring out the best in others.
