Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers so you can decide quickly. For anything else, contact me.

What is the role of my coach?
Your coach is a thinking partner. I help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and stay supported with guidance and accountability so you make lasting progress.
Is personal coaching right for me?
If you’re ready to make positive changes, want structure and accountability, and value a confidential partner to accelerate progress, coaching is a great fit.
How is coaching different from psychotherapy?
Coaching is future‑focused and action‑oriented. Therapy focuses more on diagnosis and healing past or clinical concerns. I do not provide healthcare services.
What qualifications do you have?
ICF‑ACC; CPEC (CaPP Institute); Mindvalley Life & Business Coach; HBS Online—Business Strategy & Entrepreneurship; Maxwell DISC; certified NLP practitioner.
Do I have to do a free call before booking?
No. Most clients start directly with a sprint. If you’d prefer to talk first, book a free 15‑minute Fit Call.
How will we communicate?
Zoom/Google Meet for sessions; email or voice notes for between‑session messaging; one 10–15 minute voice/video check‑in per sprint.
What does a session look like?
A focused 60 minutes: clarify the focus, explore perspectives, decide actions, and define measures of progress. You leave with a clear win for the next two weeks.
How long should I work with a coach?
Many clients see traction in 2–4 sprints (1–2 months). Deeper goals often run 3–6 months. I will tailor cadence to your outcomes.
How much will it cost?
$100 USD per sprint, billed at the start of each two‑week sprint. You can pause or cancel before renewal.
